Gary Borkowski
Senior Vice President, Southern California Region
Gary Borkowski is responsible for running the Southern California Division including growing the acquisition pipeline and overseeing multiple acquisition and entitlement activities.
For over twelve years Mr. Borkowski owned and operated Vermillion Group, an award winning Homebuilding Company whose philosophy was very similar to SummerHill’s. Mr. Borkowski has also held executive positions with highly acclaimed National and Regional Master Plan Developers as well as large Public and Private Homebuilding Companies. He has been a guest speaker on syndicated radio programs as well as national real estate conferences. Over the years Mr. Borkowski has also been retained as a consultant to provide advice to Land Developers, Homebuilders and Lenders. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor. Mr. Borkowski has served over 20 years as a full member of the Urban Land Institute and is active on the Sustainable Development Council.
Gary Borkowski’s thirty plus years ”soup to nuts“ experience in the homebuilding and land development industry blends perfectly with SummerHill’s desire to expand its business into the dynamic Southern California market. Mr. Borkowski received a BA degree in Business from California State University of Fullerton.
