Robert P. Hencken
Senior Vice President
Robert P. Hencken is responsible for directing the overall performance of select SummerHill Homes communities throughout the South Bay and
Tri Valley Area.
Mr. Hencken’s direct duties include obtaining community entitlements, forecasting and budgeting, land planning and architecture, and coordination and implementation of the sales, marketing, and construction efforts. Prior to joining SummerHill in 1999, Mr. Hencken was partner in a real estate development consulting firm. Before that, he worked as a development project manager for various homebuilding companies, and as a Civil Engineer for the City of San Jose Public Works Department. Mr. Hencken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Santa Clara University in 1981.
