As a valued SummerHill Homes homeowner, celebrate the joy of home ownership with your favorite people. Tell your friends & family about living in a SummerHill Homes neighborhood. If they purchase a new SummerHill Homes home of their own, you and your friend will each receive $2,500 as our way of saying thank you.

All you have to do is complete the referral registration form for them to turn in on their first visit to the community. Upon the close of escrow, you and your friend will receive $2,500.* It's that simple!

* In order for referring homeowner to receive $2,500 referral bonus, and referred homebuyer to receive $2,500 toward SummerHill Design Studio Options or non-recurring closing costs, referred homebuyer must sign purchase agreement between 5/1/13 and 4/1/14 and close escrow by 7/31/14. Must be a SummerHill homeowner to receive the $2,500 referral bonus. Referral certificate must be presented upon initial visit to community on or before the date referred homebuyer signs a purchase contract and makes initial deposit. Only one certificate per new home. Cannot be used in conjunction with Broker Co-op when buyer is represented by real estate agent, cannot be combined with any other offers and supersedes previous referral programs. Referring homeowner cannot transfer any portion of referral bonus to referred homebuyer under any circumstances. No single claimant or household can receive referral fees in excess of $7,500 per year, or three or more referrals in a year. Both homes (of referred homebuyer and of referring homeowner) must be owner-occupied. Upon closing of referral sale, homeowner who submits form is required to complete a W-9 form for the IRS in order to receive the referral fee. The W-9 form will be sent to you in the mail or via e-mail for you to complete. The referral bonus will be processed upon receipt of the completed form and only when both referring homeowner and referred homebuyer have closed escrow.
