We celebrated our Redwood Gate park opening with a homeowner \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Meet and Greet\u00e2\u20ac\u009d party and it was a HUGE success.<\/p>\n

We were thrilled at the turnout – over 50 people in attendance.\u00c2  Wow what a great party!<\/p>\n

Homeowners that recently closed escrow plus homeowners excitedly waiting to move into their new homes joined in the fun.<\/p>\n

The party started at 1pm – and…homeowner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s stayed until well after 4 – socializing, eating, and enjoying the sunniest day of the year\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.we could not have asked for better weather!<\/p>\n

The amount of food was definitely a gluttons delight and I must say almost all of it went.\u00c2  We provided delicious delights bites\u00c2 Dim Sum, \u00c2 including pot stickers, shiu mie, shrimp dumplings, Chinese egg custard, plus beverages and other snacks.\u00c2  The homeowner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s brought cake, cookies, fruit, chips and dip, veggie chips, and other special treats.<\/p>\n

All the children in the community were excited to meet one another and climb the play structure for the first time.<\/p>\n

Our homeowner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s were asking us when we are planning the next party they had such a nice time, and we’ll definitely enjoy another party later this year when more homeowners have moved in!<\/p>\n
