So this morning I was planning to write about the Satake Estates<\/a> grand opening on Saturday, which was amazing \u00e2\u20ac\u201c over 200 people visited the models.\u00c2\u00a0 Debbie had lots of yummy treats beautifully arranged in the Residence Two model.\u00c2<\/p>\n

The weather was great.\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0The doors to the backyards were open – I could just imagine sitting in the yard and enjoying a gathering with friends.\u00c2\u00a0 The homes really live well for outdoor and indoor gatherings.\u00c2<\/p>\n

Okay, so Satake Estates was amazing, but then I got an email this morning that blew me away\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.<\/p>\n

We had people camping out at Parkwood<\/a> Friday night waiting for the final Redwood Collection release.\u00c2<\/p>\n

Camping?\u00c2\u00a0 Yes, camping.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

Late last week, we got notice that we would finally release the final Redwood Collection homes at Parkwood on Saturday.\u00c2\u00a0 We only sent out the email to the interest list on Friday morning, so we were totally amazed by how many of you joined us for the sales release.<\/p>\n

So yes, we sold all of the homes that we released this weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 Incredible.<\/p>\n

We love that we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re welcoming new homeowners into the SummerHill family!\u00c2\u00a0 Welcome new Parkwood homeowners!<\/p>\n

We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d been talking for a few weeks how the market is starting to feel different.\u00c2\u00a0 It really feels like we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re back in 2003 or in a booming market.\u00c2\u00a0 A few of my coworkers are looking for homes right now, and I keep hearing from them that by the time that they get to a listing, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s already sold.<\/p>\n

Over 75% of the California tax credit<\/a> has already been claimed.\u00c2\u00a0 Now, California hasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t sent all of the checks yet, but that is a whole lot of money in just a few short months \u00e2\u20ac\u201c over $72 million dollars!<\/p>\n
