A couple great advantages to this community?<!--more-->Fantastic access to Highway 85, 17, 880- a quick 2 minute drive. An easy 20 minute bike ride to downtown Los Gatos. And just walking distance to Samaritan Hospital and most importantly Starbucks. In case you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not from the area, here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a bucket list of other nearby attractions: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanjoseca.gov\/\">San Jose<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santanarow.com\/\">Santana Row<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdm.org\/\">Childrens Discovery Museum<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sccgov.org\/portal\/site\/parks\/menuitem.8dc420adbdbdce85dbc2bd4735cda429\/?path=\/v7\/Parks%20and%20Recreation,%20Department%20of%20(DEP)\/Find%20a%20Park\">Vasona Lake County Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been following us for a while, you already know that this summer we had <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.summerhillhomes.com\/?p=292\">TWO camp outs<\/a> for the most recent sales releases are now almost sold out! Out of 115 homes, only 4 (yes, that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 97% sold out) remain. Homesites 93 and 100 are my personal favorites\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 they both have gorgeous kitchens (with all the shiny clean stainless steel appliances), beautiful views, and best of all\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 a November move in. It will be such a relief for the lucky buyers of these homes to get all moved in and settled before the holiday season. Phew!<\/p>\n<p>A few residents have been asking about the new 1\/3 acre community park in the center of the Parkwood community. Well good news everyone, we anticipate the park opening in early 2010. We are so excited to have a grand park opening celebration and meet all the new neighbors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Reading Rainbow\" src=\"https:\/\/pbskids.org\/readingrainbow\/images\/header_rr_logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"196\" height=\"70\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So, like <a href=\"https:\/\/pbskids.org\/readingrainbow\/levar\/what_kids_want_to_know.html\">LeVar<\/a> always says, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Reading_Rainbow\">but you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have to take my word for it<\/a>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d*, check out Parkwood for yourself!<\/p>\n<p>I would love to hear what you think!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Community Spotlight this week is on Parkwood!
