The New Year will be here before we know it and we’re literally having a countdown at some of our communities. \u00c2 We’ve been fortunate to have phenomenal sales success in the past 6 month, which means we have several communities that will be selling out before the end of the year.<\/p>\n

Here’s the update on our communities that are getting ready to sell out (or just sold out!):<\/em><\/p>\n

Park Station<\/a> has sold over 88 homes already and will soon be sold out of the 99 homes. \u00c2 So if you want an incredible value on a beautiful new condo in South San Francisco, email George and Matt<\/a> today.<\/p>\n

Lane Woods<\/a> just sold the final home! \u00c2 32 wonderful homes in Menlo Park, spectacular community and home of a 2008 Sunset Idea House.<\/p>\n

Garden Collection at Parkwood<\/a> is down to the final home with a hold taken over the weekend, so Parkwood will definitely be closing out by the end of 2009.<\/p>\n

Talavera<\/a> has just one home. \u00c2 It’s very compelling value too for a spacious, single-family home with a backyard. \u00c2 Email Debra<\/a> to find out more. \u00c2 From the sound of Debra on the phone, this home won’t last long at all.<\/p>\n

Echelon <\/a>just sold out of their last home, so Natalie is back at Redwood Gate. \u00c2 Incredible, selling 70 homes in just over a year.<\/p>\n

Plus we can’t help sharing about the success at some of our other communities.<\/em><\/p>\n

Merimont<\/a> in San Bruno has been picking up the pace recently. \u00c2 We’ve already sold over 40 homes. \u00c2  New homeowners love getting to live so close to San Francisco without having to pay San Francisco prices. \u00c2 Email Margo and Debra<\/a> to live close to SF for an easy commute.<\/p>\n
