As we get ready to enjoy Thanksgiving with our families, we realize that we have a lot for which we can be thankful.\u00c2  This year has been fraught with challenges for many and we haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t been immune to those challenges.\u00c2  We are a smaller company this year that we were last year.<\/p>\n

We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re fortunate to have a family like atmosphere that enabled our team to rise to the new challenges by taking on new responsibilities to exceed our goals.\u00c2 \u00c2  We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re even more fortunate to have an executive team that has helped us navigate these times through carefully navigating the business needs to mentoring the team to successfully achieve new goals.<\/p>\n

There has been a lot of excitement for our company on a personal front as well \u00e2\u20ac\u201c several new engagements, a few new babies plus a few on the way, several new homeowners, and much more.<\/p>\n

We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re also grateful for the new homeowners we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve welcomed this year at Echelon<\/a>, Lane Woods<\/a>, Merimont<\/a>, Park Station<\/a>, Parkwood<\/a>, Redwood Gate<\/a>, Rosewood<\/a>, and Village Square<\/a>. \u00c2 We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been excited to see all of the newlies at our communities from couples just starting to live together to newly engaged to newly married to newly expecting to single parents to couples ready to downsize into a fresh new home.\u00c2  Each of the new homes will certainly be filled with warm scents as they enjoy their first holidays in their new homes.<\/p>\n

And, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re looking forward to welcoming the first homeowners at Satake Estates<\/a> in early 2010.<\/p>\n

The food drive this year astonished us with the collective support of our new homeowners and our own company donations to reach our goal of supporting local families in need.<\/p>\n

Out of the 5 communities expected to sell-out in 2009, we have just one community left \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Park Station<\/a>.\u00c2  With only 5 condominiums remaining, Park Station is sure to welcome all of the new homeowners before the end of 2009.\u00c2  With a location right next to BART, the new homeowners are welcoming in convenience in the New Year as what could be easier than a stroll of about half a block to get to your new commute.<\/p>\n

All in all 2009 has been a year filled with things for which we can be grateful. \u00c2  We hope that you and your families enjoy a very happy Thanksgiving!<\/p>\n
