A charming enclave of new homes located in the heart of historic downtown Campbell sold out in January 2002. Conveniently located near highways 17, 280 and 85, this community features four distinctive floorplans, all with three bedrooms. Located on Aborn Road in San Jose, offering 72 single-family detached homes with distinctive architecture, sold out in February 2002. Bella Monte, San Jose

BelleTerre, Novato
Sold out in October 2005. Cambridge, Belmont

Georgetown, San Jose
Located two blocks off The Alameda and minutes from all the amenities of downtown San Jose, this community sold out in March 2004. The Georgetown community offers 94 townhomes with two-car attached garages and up to approximately 1,859 square feet. The homes at Georgetown include two- and three-bedroom floorplans with luxurious features such as spacious open kitchens, separate living rooms, and impressive master suites with oval soaking tubs and a separate shower, per residence. Georgetown was priced from the mid $400,000s to the mid $500,000s.
Heritage Grove, Los Gatos
This community, which sold its last home in early 2002, offered homebuyers a rare opportunity to own an executive-style new home in the scenic Los Gatos foothills. The distinctive architecture of its floorplans is reminiscent of historic Los Gatos with wood and shake siding, bay windows, and porte cocheres. Lane Woods, Menlo Park
Located in Menlo Park, this community offered 32 single family residences including the 2008 Sunset Idea House and sold out in November 2009. This distinctive community of two-story residences took its name from the Lane family, longtime publishers of Sunset Magazine and original landscapers of its beautiful grounds. These homes offered up to 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in up to 2,998 sq ft. Considering the beautiful, serene setting, Lane Woods is conveniently located near Stanford University and shopping, downtown Palo Alto and all major freeways. Las Brisas, San Jose

This community sold out in 2011. Located in the hills above San Bruno with many homes offering Bay Views, Merimont offered 70 single-family homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms in approximately 1,785 to 2,289 square feet. A new neighborhood park with play structure, barbeque, and picnic facility offer a wealth of outdoor activities for children and adults alike. Miaramonte Heights, San Jose

Morgan Square, Fremont
Located in the delightful Centerville District of Fremont, this community offered 48 single-family homes and townhome-style condominiums with three and four bedrooms in approximately 1,480 to 2,023 square feet. The six floorplans offered well-designed kitchens, flexible living and dining areas, spacious master bedrooms, two-car garages, and lovely outdoor areas. Nolan Farms, Pleasanton
Located near downtown Pleasanton, this community sold its last home in October 2002. This community offers a rural atmosphere and convenience to Silicon Valley. Park Station, South San Francisco
This community, located in South San Francisco offered 99 condominium residences which opened in June 2008 and sold out in February 2010. With the South San Francisco BART station located across the street, Park Station was at the gateway to the City and the Bay Area. These condominiums offered 1 and 2 bedrooms, in up to 1, 315 sq ft. Parkwood, San Jose
This community, in San Jose, featured two new home collection, the Redwood Collection and the Garden Collection. The Redwood Collection at Parkwood offered 87 distinctive single-family homes in the Cambrian Park area of west San Jose. The three spacious and flexible floorplans showcase a variety of room options, large master suites, and up to four bedrooms and three baths in up to 2,107 sq. ft. The Garden Collection at Parkwood offered 115 flats and townhome-style condominiums with five floorplans including attached garages in up to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in up to 1,536 sq. ft. This unique community is bordered by many striking Coast Redwood trees, served by high-ranking schools, and with an approximately 1.3 acre community park. Pierce Ranch, San Jose
Set in the beautiful Almaden Valley amidst the hills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, this community sold out in October 2007. Named for
the dairy ranch that operated on the site, the community featured stunning single-family homes that beautifully complement their
magnificent surroundings. The homes ranged in size from approximately 3,454 to 4,201 square feet with four and five bedrooms on
sizeable homesites. Pierce Ranch is served by highly-rated schools. Pierce Ranch was priced from the low to high $1,000,000s.
Ravenna, San Jose
This distinctive new single-family detached home community in San Jose sold out in August 2004. Monterey, Spanish, and French
Cottage architectural styles created an unforgettable community situated with convenient access to downtown San Jose and Willow
Glen. Homes range in size from approximately 1,489 to 1,712 square feet with two to four bedrooms, and offer many sought-after
amenities such as volume ceilings, gourmet kitchens, and luxurious master suites. Ravenna homes were priced from the high $400,000s
to the high $500,000s. In 2004, The Capri (Residence One) won the Gold Nugget Grand Award.
Redwood Gate, Palo Alto
This community sold out in May 2011. Located in Palo Alto, the community offered 45 single-family and duet homes with up to 5 bedrooms,
4.5 baths in approximately 1,769 to 2,377 square feet. Redwood Gate featured two and three story homes surrounded by private neighborhood
streets, pedestrian oriented design and wide sidewalks surrounded by mature trees throughout the neighborhood, providing a tranquil,
natural landscape. The community has a ½-acre community park in the heart of the community. Redwood Gate blended new homes with a prime
location located just minutes from Palo Alto's highly-rated public schools, downtown dining, upscale shopping and vibrant nightlife.

Rosewood, Fremont
This community in Fremont features three new home collections, Gables, Cottages, and Towns. Rosewood is designed as a master-planned
community with open spaces including a 1/3 acre city park in the heart of the community. In addition to shopping and dining in the
Irvington District and nearby downtown Fremont, Rosewood offers homeowners easy commute access to the rest of the Bay Area via
Highways 680 and 880. The Towns featured townhome-style condominiums with two to four bedrooms in up to approximately 1,572 square
feet. The Towns sold out in June 2009 and were priced from the mid to high $400,000s. The Cottages featured detached single family
homes with three to four bedrooms with approximately 1,310 to 2,036 square feet. The Cottages sold out in April 2010 and were priced
from the low $500,000s to high $600,000s.
Royal Oaks at Eagle Ridge, Gilroy
This community is nestled in the Eagle Ridge Golf Course gated community in Gilroy. Located near the 17th fairway of the
course, this community consists of 40 single-family detached homes. Three distinctive floorplans feature three, four, and five
bedrooms and three and four-car garages ranging from approximately 3,200 to 4,100 square feet. Lot sizes range up to 14,000 square
feet. Homes offer Traditional, Craftsman, and Monterey architectural styles. Royal Oaks at Eagle Ridge homeowners enjoy membership

Sancerre, San Jose
Located in the Cambrian area of San Jose, this community sold its last beautiful home in fall 2001. Designed to have exciting curb appeal
and dramatic floorplans, Sancerre is conveniently located just minutes from highways 85 and 17. The distinctive homes offered three-
to six-bedrooms in approximately 2,300 to 3,600 square feet with Monterey Revival, Traditional and French Country architectural

Satake Estates, Mountain View
Satake Estates sold out in May 2011. Situated in an established Mountain View neighborhood, Satake Estates offered 30 single-family homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms and approximately 2,238 to 3,358 square feet. Featuring Los Altos schools, this community was desirable for families. Satake Estates is less than a ½ mi to Castro Street in downtown Mountain View and just over 1 mi to downtown Los Altos. Stone Valley Oaks, Alamo
This community offered homebuyers a limited opportunity to own a luxurious new home located amid the rolling foothills and
heritage oak trees of Alamo. Stone Valley Oaks sold its final home in November 2003. A community of 47 luxury homes ranging from
approximately 3,600 to 5,200 square feet, Stone Valley Oaks boasts impressive homesites ranging from one-half to one acre. Seven

Sycamore Heights, Pleasanton
Located in the rolling hills of Pleasanton, this community sold out in September 2006. The community featured executive-style
living in a beautiful natural setting with 48 exquisitely designed single-family homes. In addition to beautiful views of the
surrounding area including the Sunol Ridge and Mount Diablo, the community was near the charming downtown area of Pleasanton. The

Talavera, Union City
This community in west Union City features two new home collections, Legacy and Traditions. Legacy featured three spacious and flexible

appealing blend of Santa Barbara, Cottage, and French Normandy architectural styles, these breathtaking homes sold out in April

University Park, Palo Alto
Located in coveted downtown Palo Alto just three blocks from University Avenue, this community sold out in March 2006. University
Park is a masterplan community offering three new home collections and an historic village. The Channing Collection featured
single-family homes from approximately 1,700 to 4,800 square feet, many with separate studios above the detached garage. Also part
of the Channing Collection is an historic village of five, beautifully restored homes - three of which were moved to their present
location to form the historic village. Weatherly showcased elegant single-story condominium homes up to approximately 1,800 square
feet. Woodmark offered beautifully-designed condominium homes featuring two-level homes and main-level master suite up to

Villa Savona, Fremont
This community located in the hills of Fremont, sold out in March 2007. The community offered 26 executive-style homes in an
established neighborhood. In addition to a neighborhood park within the community, Villa Savona offered a prime location near
Fremont's historic Irvington District as well as Downtown Fremont's Central Park and Civic Center. The homes ranged in size from
approximately 3,545 to 3,889 square feet with four to six bedrooms. Villa Savona is served by the highly-regarded Mission San Jose
Schools. Villa Savona was priced from mid $1,000,000s to high $1,000,000s.
Village Square, San Jose
This community sold out in December 2010. Located in vibrant midtown San Jose, offered 95 urban townhome-style condominiums and
