  • Presentation & overview of community and floorplans
  • Education regarding SummerHill’s process for purchasing a home Guided tours of our models and production homes
  • Discuss available homes and timelines for buyer/s & agent Facilitate offer process & collection of earnest money deposit Purchase & Sale Agreement appointment
  • Updates & communication throughout escrow/building of home
  • Communication with lender regarding financing timelines, appraisal, etc.
  • Provide final steps for closing escrow (i.e. Closing letter, title/doc signing appt., funds to close, etc.)
  • Providing you with keys to your new home!
Referring Agent Responsibilities

Referring Agent Responsibilities

  • Working cohesively with both client & SummerHill sales team to provide the best experience for homebuyer
  • Communicate with SummerHill sales any questions, issues, potential delays, etc.
  • Ensure lender is meeting requirements for loan approval, appraisal, rate lock, closing disclosure, final loan docs
  • New Home vs Resale escrow process: SummerHill’ offers a ‘hand-holding’ process with an on-site sales team, daily communication with construction and customer service teams, etc.
