Family life is thriving at Satake Estates
Residents at Satake Estates just held their first annual Summer Block Party to celebrate the creation of their fabulous new neighborhood.  This was a great opportunity for the current residents to meet each other and also the many future homeowners who are anxiously awaiting the completion of their new homes.
The party was held in the family friendly cul de sac, and the kids wasted no time in making new friends and riding their bicycles around the court.
The community spirit was alive and well as the new neighbors enjoyed pizza and homemade fudge brownies. There was even a special Welcome Home Satake cake (check it out above).  The evening was a huge success and fun and friendship was shared by all.
The Satake Estates community has only 6 homes left so time is running out to become a part of this special neighborhood of only 30 new homes.
