Urban Living at its Finest – Village Square

A few weeks ago, I shared that shared Village Square in San Jose got a 77.  Pretty great, right?

And a good Walk Score is not the only thing Village Square offers.

Village Square is really an oasis in the midst of Urban Living.  It reminds me of the row homes in San Francisco, but better because the weather in San Jose is pretty awesome year round.

If you’ve been checking out the condominiums in San Jose and wanting a little more space and more storage, you’ve got to check out Village Square.  With attached 2-car or 2-car tandem garages, there is plenty of space to store your bikes, skis or snowboards, or just stuff….’Cause we all have stuff that needs a home.

And, once you’ve settled into your new home, you’re sure to enjoy all of the activities so close to this community.  Stroll down to Starbucks for a morning latte – it’s only ½ a block away.  Or grab something quick for dinner on a Monday night to heat up while you enjoy some Monday Night Football on your great entertainment set-up.

Ready for a night out on the town?  You’re in luck – Santana Row is just 3 miles away.  Be sure to check out Sino – a fun place to meet friends for Dim Sum.   Or try Consuelo Mexican Bistro for some tasty traditional Mexican food, the kind you would get at a nice restaurant in Mexico City.  These don’t appeal to you – check out the other restaurants and cafes at Santana Row.  If your find another restaurant that you like, be sure to share it in the comments section below!

And of course, there is a local Falafel drive-in where there is always a long line for lunch and dinner.  Try Diana’s favorite – falafel pita and banana milkshake.

Oh and it wouldn’t be fair if I skipped over the commuting (yes, yes who really wants to talk about how we get to work, but we all have to get there) and Village Square is so close to Downtown San Jose, Cupertino, and Mountain View making it breezy to get to work.  You’ll be home quickly too!

Whether it is a quick outing for coffee, last minute dinner run, a night out on the town, or an easy commute – Village Square is close to everywhere you want to be.
