Welcome new Homeowners!   My name is Desiree Finau and I am one of the Warranty Coordinators here at SummerHill Homes.   Here at SummerHill, we strive to be the best at what we do.

For me, that’s helping to deliver you excellent customer service!   Shortly after you purchase your home, a third party company, Guild Quality, will be contacting you for feedback regarding your Home Buying experience.

We would like to hear about your joys and your excitement in purchasing your new home!   At the same time we also want to hear about the struggles and problems you had with the process.   This will help us improve our ways and better as a company… so we’d like to hear it all!

You will also receive a survey 11 months after you close escrow to your home so you have another chance to give us more feedback.   If you haven’t received a survey, please email me and I will be happy to have Guild Quality send you another one.

Last year we won the Guild Master award for 2009… we look forward to continuing excellent customer service in 2010!
