Vice Mayor Judy Chirco opened the event, Carolyn’s family shared special memories of her life, and Joe Head, president of SummerHill Land, shared about the importance of this park to the community.Everyone enjoyed the delicious carnival-style refreshments from Steve Montes Events! We honored Carolyn’s love of making jam with special apricot jam souvenirs from We Love Jam. Children climbed all over the play structures, got their faces painted and met Danny the Dragon.
The Norris family attended as well as neighbors who shared a fun afternoon with old and new friends.
