Nuevo, a new urban town in Santa Clara, was recently featured in the February issue of Builder & Developer Magazine.
Written by Julia Edinger, the article dives deep into Nuevo’s innovative design that combines the best features of high-density housing with the comfort of single-family living. This mixed-use community is likely to become the new model for future Silicon Valley housing projects.

Nuevo also won two Gold Awards at The Nationals 2020, the National Association of Home Builder’s (NAHB) annual sales and marketing awards, for ‘Best Single-Family Detached Model Home 2,501 to 3,000 Square Feet’ for Plan 3 of the E-State collection, and for “Best Sales/Leasing Center.’
